Backlink Placement Terms & Conditions

1. Link Validity Guarantee

We provide a backlink placement guarantee for a period of one (1) year from the date of publication only. After the completion of the one-year period, we shall not be responsible for any link removals, modifications, or losses, and no refund or replacement will be provided thereafter.

2. Refund Policy for Early Link Removal

In the event that a backlink is removed before the completion of the guaranteed one-year period, the following refund structure shall apply:

• If the backlink is removed within 1 month of placement, up to 92.66% of the paid amount may be refunded after applicable deductions and transaction costs.
• If the backlink is removed within 3 months of placement, 75% of the paid amount may be refunded.
• If the backlink is removed within 6 months of placement, 50% of the paid amount may be refunded.
• No refund shall be applicable for removals occurring after 6 months from the publication date.

Refunds are processed solely at our discretion after verification of the removal.

3. Replacement Link Policy

Instead of a refund, clients may request a replacement backlink on another website, subject to availability.

However, the replacement backlink validity shall be calculated from the original publication date and not from the replacement date.

Example:
If the original backlink is removed after 6 months, the replacement backlink will only carry the remaining 6 months of guarantee coverage.

4. Google Deindexing Disclaimer

If Google deindexes the entire website or the published article after backlink placement, no refund, replacement, or compensation shall be provided.

Clients acknowledge that search engine algorithms and indexing policies change frequently, and such events are beyond our control.

5. Link Modification & Removal Policy

Clients may request changes or removal of backlinks only within 7 days of placement.

After 7 days:

• No link modifications or removals will be entertained.
• No refund will be issued under any circumstances.

6. Anchor Text & Target URL Changes

In certain cases, website owners may independently modify the anchor text or target URL after publication. If the client requests further edits or corrections after such changes, additional charges may apply, including full repayment if required by the publisher.

7. Website Rebranding & Domain Changes

If the client rebrands their website or redirects the original target URL/domain to a new domain, such requests shall be treated as a completely new order.

A fresh backlink placement fee will apply in full.

8. Link Attributes

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all backlinks provided will be:

• Dofollow
• Without a sponsored tag

However, we do not guarantee future changes made independently by publishers or website owners.

9. Payment Terms

Payment must be completed within seven (7) days of backlink placement unless otherwise agreed in writing.

If payment is not received within the specified timeframe:

• We reserve the right to remove the backlink immediately.
• The client may be blacklisted from future services and collaborations.

10. Upfront Payment Requirement

We reserve the right to request full or partial upfront payment from first-time clients or in cases where deemed necessary for business security purposes.

11. Final Authority

All backlink placements are subject to publisher policies, website availability, and market conditions. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion.

By placing an order, the client acknowledges and agrees to all the terms mentioned above.
